Capsiplex - Five HTP and appetite control

You may have heard of the weight loss supplement 5 HTP but what happens it is?? Lets get back on basics and explain what 5-HTP is along with what it can do.

Foods like meat, peanuts and sesame seeds all contain an protein called Tryptophan which our minds use to transform into 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan).
