A Perspective On Depression And The Value of Therapy

It is normal to find different interpretations about the effects of depression with those who suffer from it. You may be able to relate to that since everyone feels depressed about something at one time or another. But we are talking about those who are medically or chronically depressed. You'll find quite a few symptoms commonly experienced, and perhaps one of the general feelings is an absence of unfettered pleasure during everyday living.
